We have been frequenting Sharon and the chefs at Shef’s for years. Always awesome food and take away for our freezer. We have one celiac and one vegan in our klatch so dining here is stress free....(I love the spicy lamb and chicken)

Shef's is a great spot for lunch! The counter staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Their Indian food is very good and I recommend the "Naanwich" with Chicken Tikka. The addition of yogurt and other herbs and spiices makes this a knockout! . Also, try it with the lamb - tasty for sure!
Be aware that this is not exactly fast food. Some menu items like the Naanwich take time, but so worth the wait! The naan is made fresh and is awesome. Try the garlic naan for added flavour.
They also have a nice selection of fresh frozen curries and other classics like butter chicken and korma. Get on the loyalty program for a free take away dish.

I'm a regular of this vendor at the Calgary Farmer's Market. I love spicy food and Shef's Fiery Kitchen doesn't disappoint. My favorite is the lamb Naanwich. Fresh lamb grilled in their Tandoori Oven served with assorted vegetables in heated naan bread with a side of spicy salad. They have other types of naanwiches as well....but go with the lamb and ask for it medium rare! The spicy chicken salad is also one of my favorites. The homemade dressing is amazing. They also have a variety of other hot dishes that vary in the level of spice and you can ask them to heat the less spicy dishes up (I would recommend doing so if like spice and go for the butter chicken). The cuisine is Thai and Indian although the Indian dishes are more typical of African-Indian. I've tried everything and it's all excellent. If you like a dish, they sell product to heat up at home.
