Join Shefali Somani of Shef’s Fiery Kitchen for an intimate Indian Ocean garden supper club inspired by the flavours, stories, and spice routes connecting India, East Africa, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and beyond.
This is a relaxed multi-course dinner hosted in Shef’s private Calgary garden, with only 9 guest seats available.
The evening begins with a welcome bite and refreshments, followed by a short cooking or spice demonstration, a generous seasonal dinner, and time to slow down, connect, and enjoy the garden as daylight turns to lantern light.
Expect bold, layered flavours: saffron, coconut, tamarind, cardamom, curry leaves, chilies, fresh herbs, and seasonal produce.
This is not a restaurant dinner. It is food, story, garden, and gathering.
