Join Shefali Somani of Shef's Fiery Kitchen for a relaxed multi-course dinner hosted in her private Calgary garden, limited to just 9 guests.
The evening begins with a welcome bite and refreshments, followed by a short cooking or spice demonstration, a generous seasonal dinner, and time to slow down, connect, and enjoy the garden as daylight turns to lantern light.
Expect bold, layered flavours: saffron, coconut, tamarind, cardamom, curry leaves, chilies, fresh herbs, and seasonal produce.
Inspired by monsoon kitchens where coconut, tamarind, spices, fresh herbs, and seasonal ingredients take centre stage.
